This is a new service (started February 2016) that can be used for online disputes with bookmakers. It applies to any unfair practices when gambling online with an EU based bookmaker, as well as UK based, e.g. all those off-shore in Malta and Gibraltar.
Time will tell how effective this service is, but to be fair, it can’t be any worse for the punter than the arbitration services approved by the UK Gambling Commission.
