Deposit money to bwin to place a bet. bwin refuse bet. 3% charge to withdraw. Now told I cannot withdraw because I haven’t played on site.
You have to play on our site to get your own money back, but only on bets we like, not the ones we appear to offer. How can this be ‘fair and open’. For some reason the regulator thinks it is; scandal (Mr Ed)?
