Re: Hi
Quick question regarding my claim. I have submitted it in full and received a reference number 3 weeks ago. I have since found a tweet from myself and reply from Betfair that would help my case even more, but I am finding it hard to contact IBAS to send a screenshot of it as further evidence. I cant see how to log into my existing claim to add the upload, and they dont seem to respond to email and their phone line is a recorded message with no way to speak to anyone.
Any ideas? Many thanks

Re: Hi
IBAS are pretty impossible to get a reply from. It's called high class customer service. Shakes his head.
1. Send a letter. They are based in London.
Independent Betting Adjudication Service

2. Use adjudication@ibas-uk.co.uk making sure you put your reference number on.
3. Ring the GC and complain about IBAS accessibility and ask them if you can send an email to them for the GC to forward.
I hope this helps?

Re: Hi
Hi again. Just wanted to say that James I from IBAS has now received my additional evidence. Just in time as apparently my case is about to go to the panel imminently.
I will update on the result good or bad.
Thanks again for your help

Re: Hi
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
You have two options:
1. You can appeal their decision. Being honest I wouldn't bother as I've never known them over-turn a decision they've made, in fact they can get quite 'uppity' if people try.
2. File a small claim.
We NEVER encourage people to do option 2 unless the person can answer honestly, "In the very unlikely event I'm asked to stand up in court and testify, would I?" If the answer is no, don't go ahead. If the answer is yes, think carefully, recognise the hassle and stress that will come. Then think again and file the claim if you're convinced. The attached informs how to do this.
IBAS & e-Cogra decisions sometimes do get over-turned in the court process.
I hope this helps?
