Thank you for posting all this detail. You are outlining perfectly how few rights people who gamble have unless they can afford a lawyer. Even in the UK where we do have more options cases still go to the Courts. There is a complete lack of transparency, which is never good.

I have thoughts on organization ESSA( www.eu-ssa.org is old site, https://ibia.bet/who-we-are/ is work today site).
I see whois information about this site in the past and I had these thoughts.
