Boylesports & PaddyP/Betfair not paying out

Post by Jimmy Justice » Mon Jul 17, 2017 8:18 am

Hi Everyone

I've been asked if we have any cases involving Boylesports & PaddyP/Betfair not paying out. We do, but 99% are not recent or one or two lack sufficient detail.

Has anybody got a case from the last six months they are willing to share? If yes, you can do that on here or if you prefer it to stay private, use: info@justiceforpunters.org

Thanks in anticipation.

Thank you for your post.

I've attached our advisory leaflet. The advice depends on where you live. If you are betting from the UK everything applies, if you are betting from the European Union most things do, but you have to replace UK courts with the EU court and the same with alternative resolution. If you are outside the EU you need to llok at your own country's legal system.

You mention the 'small claims court'. It's important to say that you should explore all the other options first. In general courts don't like using their time on something that could have been solved elsewhere. We do have email/letter templates you can adopt for this, which can be obtained by email.

I hope this helps?

Many thanks for this information.
I read attachment file.
I think this instruction good worked for UK and EU citizens.
I live in Russia, I am Russian.
I suspect that all this is a very difficult process for the citizens of Russia.
Despite this, I tried to find a solution and even corresponded with the support MCOL UK.

Can you quote this correspondence here, to gain experience by other players?

Certainly, no problem.

I wish you well with your attempts to obtain your money. Everyone around the world needs to know that UK and Irish gambling companies can be really difficult to deal with, which is not what people expect.

I have always been a liker of the Irish people but Re the two firms mentioned i would call them rancid. When i bet with them then yes they paid me but faster than any they then prevented me from continuing to bet via implementing pathetic size stake restrictions. I would also suggest that any punter who reads and attempts to understand the possible future consequences of Paddy's constantly changing T&Cs might feel reluctant to open an account with them in the first place.! They are not alone in this but imo certainly head the queue.

The above MO sends a message of contempt to all of there customers.? They now own BF and TF what next.?
