This is the home page:

Your first ‘port of call’ may be the ‘Introductions’ (Hi) section where you can tell us a little about yourself. You simply click on the word ‘Introductions’.

The same applies to any of the forum categories, e.g. ‘Unfair terms & conditions’.
When you enter a forum you will see something similar to this:

Click on the title of the post, in this case ‘Hello’ to see activity within the topic and click Post Reply to reply to that particular posting; otherwise if you want to start a new topic, click on New Topic.

In this example, if you click on ‘Hello’ you will see:

Then if you click on Post Reply you will see:

If you click on New Topic you will see a similar box straight away:

The only difference is that you need to enter your topic title. Like before, you may also want to add an attachment.

You can edit or delete your posts using the following icons:

That’s all the basics!

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the list of Forums, you will come to the Practice Forum. This is a place where you can practice making, editing and replying to posts; if you would like to build up your confidence using this facility.
