What do we think about the fiasco yesterday with the 50/1 shot which was a different horse,winnung! Absolutely crazy the bha is a joke.

I find it amazing that the race was not voided immediately the problem was known.

Imagine if you backed Man U to beat Exeter in the FA Cup and Man C had turned up instead of Exeter, or Usain Bolt's brother ran in the 100m final of the forthcoming IAAF World Championship in London instead of Usain?

Racing is nuts at times and its own worst enemy.

Dead easy to solve. The same scanners that have been used when horses arrive at the course should be used when the horse goes through the gate on to the track for the race. Sorted. BHA have said to solve the problem would cost seven figures. As you know we don't like abuse on here, but that is b*ll**ks.

The horses are microchipped nowadays and scanned before the races are n't they ?
